We stayed the KOA just outside the west entrance to Glacier National Park in West Glacier, MT. The first week kept us busy, luckily, since the Going-to-the-Sun road was closed from about halfwayn to all the way to the eastern entrance because of a fire. Other parts of the park were open, but a bit harder to get to because of the closing. We managed to see and hike everything we had planned to since we had explored the closed area already! We can't complain - we saw great stuff, as usual.
