Our time in the Black Hills was great, even though it was interrupted by a flight for a weeks visit/paper signing (for the end-of-month closing) to NJ and VA. Lots of wildlife and scenery, both above and below the ground. Lots of wild weather in the area also, but we managed to miss most of it. Our campground lead a charmed life. It's a good thing we stayed outside of Rapid City (in Hermosa) - they got "clobbered" a few times while we were there.
